SCoD’s membership of around ninety organisations comes from all over Scotland. Members get together at our National Council meetings, which take place at least three times a year. Membership ranges from professional organisations, local authorities, local and national deaf organisations. Each member organisation sends one representative to the National Council.

From this membership, we elect the fifteen-strong Management Committee, which oversees all of our work. This includes the work of the four sub-committees: Health & Wellbeing,Communication & Access, Mental Health and Deaf People Task Group, Children and Adolescents Mental Health Services Sub-group.

		Administrator Alison Coyle Alison has been with SCoD since January 2003.
		Fundraiser (part-time) Linda Ogston Linda joined SCoD in May 2006 and works one day a week: usually Thursday.
		Information Officer Nicola Noon (Nick) Nick has been with SCoD since October 2003.
		Policy & Research Officer Mandy Reid Mandy joined SCoD in June 2007.
