When you phone us
- We are available to take phone calls on Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm
- We aim to answer your call within 30 seconds
- We aim for all calls to be answered by a member of staff. When there is no-one available to take your call, we will leave a clear pre-recorded message on an answer machine to say when we will be available to take your call
- Our staff will always answer the phone with a standard greeting, be polite, helpful and give you their name. They will give you accurate information and try to answer all your questions or meet your request
- We can ring you back. We will give you a time to expect a return call and tell you who will contact you
- We will do what we say we will do
