Making a complaint
We have a complaints procedure, which is easy to use
You can make a complaint in the way that suits you: by phone, in person, by post, email, fax, video letter
If you complain, we will acknowledge your complaint within 28 working days of receiving it
If we cannot deal fully with your complaint within four weeks of receiving it, we will tell you why
We will tell you if there is anything you need to do and when you can expect a full reply in your preferred format
